So I have to be honest I feel like the reply here was a little passive-aggressive and is worded like we're idiots who don't read because if that's true almost everyone I know in this game is an idiot. No player I have talked to is really aware of that because might be written in words but it's not really ever fundamentally used in the game. The words are written there, sure, but it's not really part of the game mechanic. It doesn't have enough power to really be a driving force in the game so it does need to be emphasized more and I feel like that's not really an issue with the players. Information like that needs to be widely disseminated through the game so all the characters can make use of that push. As it stands, I've never seen anyone talk about it or refer to it ICly.
